PROGES software is a comprehensive solution that deals with both the manufacture of aluminium and PVC joinery (calculation program for flows, cuts, machining centre control, thermal calculation) and your commercial activity (quotes, invoicing, management), saving you considerable time.
PROGES software is multi-range and multi-supplier. It can be used to create your own data or to retrieve external data (systems designers recommending PROGES) without deleting existing data, and then use them simultaneously in the same quote or manufacturing sequence.
PROGES software can be set up on a single workstation, several workstations, or on a server for remote access.
PROGES software comprises nine modules: Manufacture – Technical Quotes – CAD Links – Thermal Calculations – Inertia Calculations – Export – Machine Control – Fast Quotes Invoices Price Scales – Cutting Software
PROGES software includes a standard “Manufacture” module plus optional modules.
The “Fast Quotes” and “Cutting Software” modules can be purchased independently.

Manufacture
Use it to produce workshop sheets, calculate the cost price of a construction project, perform joinery optimisation to place orders with suppliers, and manage stocks and offcuts.

Technical Quotes
Use it to produce quotes, invoices and price scales. Calculations are based on the calculation methods in the Manufacture module.

CAD Links
Use it to automatically generate horizontal and vertical cuts based on the frames of a construction project.

Thermal Calculations

Inertia Calculations
Use it to calculate the inertia required for profiles of facades, veranda roofs, gutters, and crossbars supporting glazing. Takes into account regions, wind and snow pressure, calculation report with supporting documentation.

Use it to export the content of a workshop sheet or quote for integration into other software.

Machine Control
Use it to generate information to control chainsaws, machining centres, welding machines, etc.

Hardware software interface
Allows you to retrieve from the hardware providers software the complete nomenclature of the items necessary for the manufacture of joinery.

Fast Quotes
Use it to produce quotes, invoices and price scales. Calculations are made based on prices only using the so-called “fast calculation” method.

Cutting software
Use it to optimise panel cutting (wood, metal, glass).
